Order Troubleshooting

Unsure if your order went through? Sometimes an order will be successfully submitted even if you get an error message on the last step. Please check the list of recent orders in Your Account before attempting to place the order again.

Receiving error messages? In early 2008, we upgraded our web site with a brand new shopping cart. While we are very pleased about our new cart, and have fully tested it, there may be some bugs that need to be worked out. If you experience any problems, or receive an error message, we want to know! Please send an email to us via the contact form. Please include specific details as to what page you were on, or what activity you were attempting. We will then work with the support department to correct the issue.

Payment not processed; did the order go through? We do not process payment "live" when your order is submitted. Therefore, you will not see an immediate authorization or charge on your credit card account. We process payments when we are about to process, and or ship your order.
