-Size Help: What size bow should I buy?

Choosing the correct size bow

First, lets get to know what the bows look like in a side by side comparison, and in what styles. The terms double or single loop, and with or no flag back refers to the style. The 1st picture is a top view, 2nd picture is a profile view.

Below is a basic size chart for a dog who would wear a single bow in his or her top-knot. Some breeds such as the Maltese often are seen wearing 2 bows, side by side. This style of wearing two bows is usually done with 2, 3/8 single loop style bows. If you have a bigger dog (8+ lbs) you may be able to use 2, 5/8 single loop style bows.

  •
*Custom size means when you order, mention your pet's weight and the bow will be made smaller to suit your pet.
  •
Suggested size is based on Haley's preferences, yours may be different. The sizing is meant to insure you do not purchase a bow that is too big.
  •
Determine just how big a particular bow is; view our "How big is that bow" help topic.
