Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to provide you & your pampered pooch with excellent quality products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return the items. (*Custom items excluded)

Our items are mostly custom, made-to-order items. For this reason, we ask that you refer to our size charts, and consider all provided information before ordering. If you are unsure what size item you need, please contact us for assistance. We want you to be happy with your purchase, with no need for an exchange. *CHANGE TO POLICY EFFECTIVE 8/30/2008*
For orders placed on, or after 8/30/2008, if a refund becomes necessary, it will be given in the form of store credit. All wording below that refers to a "refund" should be considered a refund in the form of store credit.

If you need to return or exchange an item, you must contact us (by email) within 3 days of receiving your order. We will then contact you with a RA#. Items returned without the RA# written on the packaging will be returned to sender.

Items must be returned unused, and in the same condition in which they arrived, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
  •  
Items must be returned in crush resistant packaging of adequate size (Bows must be shipped in a box), with postage paid. Items returned damaged due to improper packaging will be non-refundable.

Items for return or exchange must be received within 10 days of being issued an RA#. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving the items, and in the same form as the original payment (store credit for orders placed on, or after 8/30/2008).

A return processing fee will apply to all returns or exchanges where there is no manufacturer's defect. :: 20% Bows :: 30% Carriers & Collars/Leads :: 20% everything else.  Please refer to our size charts to insure you are ordering the correct size.

If you were given free shipping, a shipping discount, or other discounts that the order no longer qualifies for, this amount will be deducted from the refund.
If your order was shipped, and returned to us for any reason:
--If you opt to not have it re-sent, your order will be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation and return policy.
--Customer is responsible for the cost of the additional shipment.

   What is a Custom Item?

--Any item not pictured (same color & style) on our site
--A bow ordered other than "As Pictured"
--A bow ordered with a barrette added
--All harnesses
--A collar or leash made to custom specifications.
